We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Bermingham as our new Senior Electrical Tendering Engineer for Major Projects.
Graham joins the team with extensive experience across the electrical engineering industry, specialising in high-voltage networks up to 132kV. His career to date has seen him deliver tenders and manage complex proposals for major infrastructure projects, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar farms, and data centres. With a strong technical background in generation connections at 132kV and 33kV, Graham brings valuable knowledge and insight to the team.
His deep expertise in HV system design and grid compliance will be key to strengthening our support for major project bids – ensuring technical accuracy, commercial viability, and delivery confidence from initial concept through to contract.
Speaking about his new role, Graham said:
“I'm excited to join ESM Power at such a pivotal time, especially as we grow as part of Mitie Power and Grid. This role gives me the opportunity to build on my EHV experience and continue developing my knowledge up to 400kV – supporting critical infrastructure that underpins the UK’s transition to a low-carbon energy system.”
We’re thrilled to have Graham on board and look forward to the expertise he brings as we continue to expand our capabilities across high-voltage infrastructure and sustainable energy projects.
Welcome to the team,Graham!
