We are proud to announce the successful integration of G2 Energy and ESM Power into a single, unified NERS accreditation: Mitie Power and Grid.

This marks a significant milestone, bringing together the combined expertise of G2 Energy and ESM Power under one strong identity. Over the past six months, we have transformed this concept into reality by developing and implementing a best-in-class policy and procedure framework, ensuring our operations are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with industry-leading standards.

A special thanks goes to NERS assessors Paul Costelloe and David Ellis, whose guidance and expertise made this transition smooth and successful. Their support helped capture the best practices from both organisations and embed them into a stronger, unified system.

The integration marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. We’re pleased to share that Rock Power Connections is the next Independent Connection Provider (ICP) set to join the unified Mitie Power and Grid NERS accreditation. This process is already underway and is on track to be completed by the end of 2025. With Rock Power on board, 2026 will mark a landmark year, as three leading organisations come together under one best-in-class structure.

This milestone enables Mitie Power and Grid to:

• Provide clients and partners with confidence in best-in-class policies and procedures.
