The HSQE Advisor will support the Head of HSQE in managing compliance within our organisation and support further development and implementation of HSQE policies and procedures.
The role involves a blend of field and office work, including conducting on-site inspections, audits, accident and incident investigations, and delivering safety training and briefings.
The successful candidate will also be required to compile detailed reports, attend site meetings, and develop new safety related procedures/safe systems of work to align with industry best practice and support business growth.

As a 132kV Design Engineer, you'll be involved in producing preliminary and detailed engineering designs for voltages ranging from LV to 132kV.
Throughout the design process, you’ll be required to liaise with DNOs (Distribution Network Operator) and IDNOs (Independent Distribution Network Operators) to obtain design approval.
You’ll also be responsible for leading the management of customer relationships, producing project cost estimates and reports, and obtaining technical or major procurement item quotations.
Assisting and mentoring junior team members in their development will also be a big part of the role, along with checking the quality and technicalities of work produced by other team members.

To carry out site management on HV connections projects. To manage resources on site to ensure quality of work is maintained and that technically compliant schemes are constructed safely.
